By accessing or using our website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you access only a portion of this site and thereby bypass this agreement, your use of this site still binds you to these terms and conditions. For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms and conditions whenever you use this site. Pricing

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. The prices displayed on the www.insitemind.com.au website are quoted in AUD dollars and are inclusive of GST.  If you are ordering from any other currency once selected country the price will be reflective of the currency of that country. All transactions are processed in AUD and will be converted at checkout. GST is applicable to all orders.

While Insite Mind strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, or any other reason, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. In the event that an item is mispriced, Insite Mind, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the incorrect price.

Orders

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Insite Mind reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account or the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Returns Policy

Insite Mind does not supply goods on a sale or return basis. We are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged. We will of course meet all our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. We go to great lengths to ensure the quality of our products and your satisfaction with them. We do not refund on change of mind or dislike of products.

Orders within Australia

Incorrectly dispatched products will be credited for in full, if returned to us promptly (2-3 days) and unopened. Postage is not refundable on returns. All of our orders are traceable through eParcel tracking.  A tracking number is emailed to you upon fulfilment of your order.

Please note with the tracking of your order, you are responsible for organising safe drop to be removed, via the MyPost app or your tracking number link, should you not want your order left at your delivery address unattended. It is not the responsibility of Insite Mind if an order has been left via safe drop and can not be found or is assumed stolen. The onus is on the customer to follow up with Australia Post. For large orders sent via a courier, signing on delivery or assigning someone else to sign is the responsibility of the customer.  It is not the responsibility of Insite Mind if an order is signed for incorrectly.

If an incorrect address has been entered and the product is returned to Insite Mind the onus is on the customer to pay for the item to be reshipped. Insite Mind is not responsible for shipping costs of any items with incorrect addresses entered. 

Parcels that are left unclaimed at the post office and returned to Insite Mind will be charged to the customer to be resent. 

Shipping and Delivery Policy

All prices displayed on this website do not include shipping costs.

Express orders are fulfilled within one business day. Standard postage orders will be fulfilled within 3 business days.

Orders containing a pre-order item will be fulfilled according to the pre-order time frame. Should there be any further delays, you will be contacted via email.

We charge the following shipping rates per order:

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Costs and Time Frames

For orders within Australia flat rate standard post is AUD $9.95 or express rate AUD $14.95.

Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

We reserve the right to change the shipping prices at any time, without notice.

We aim to fulfil Express orders within one business day. Standard postage orders will be fulfilled within 3 business days.

Orders containing a pre-order item will be fulfilled according to the pre-order time frame. Orders that go over the pre-order timeframe by 3 days or more will be upgraded to express shipping for free.

Large or Heavy Orders

Large orders, that require more than one package or that weigh too much to be sent via Australia Post, will be sent via a courier and will require a signature upon delivery. On average couriers can take 6 to 8 business days to deliver. Please note that events such as extreme weather, train derailments and other unforeseen events can cause delays.

On occasion, if the estimated courier delivery times are excessive, we may make the decision to send your order as separate parcels via Australia Post, with different tracking numbers. We will attempt to contact you to notify you of this, should this decision be made. 

Express Post is not an option for orders that need to be sent via a courier, unless the customer is happy to contribute to courier express pricing. Large or heavy orders that have paid for express shipping will be packed and shipped as a priority over free standard shipping orders. Alternatively we can send your order as separate Express Post parcels via Australia Post. This does however mean items will have separate tracking numbers and may not arrive together. 

Please note that couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.

If you place a large order it is preferred that you provide a contact number at checkout, so that we can contact you quickly should we need to.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For orders outside of Australia flat rate standard post is AUD $14.95 or express rate AUD $24.95.

Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

We reserve the right to change the shipping prices at any time, without notice.

We aim to fulfil Express orders within one business day. Standard postage orders will be fulfilled within 3 business days.

International Shipping has two options.

1 –  Standard shipping with an estimated time frame between 21 – 28 days 

2 – Express Shipping with an estimated time frame 10 – 14 days

Please note that our orders are shipped from Australia. Tracking is only available if express option is selected once your item has been scanned by Australia Post and again once it reaches and is scanned in the country of destination. 

There may be a period of time where tracking is unavailable while the product is in transit if standard shipping has been selected. Please note that there may be a period of 2 weeks while the order is in transit where it is untrackable. 

This is the standard procedure for orders sent via Australia Post to external carriers.

Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Insite Mind is not responsible for additional taxes in countries outside of Australia. 

UK ORDERS

For UK orders the consumer is responsible for customs on goods valued at more than £15.  For parcels over this amount or more may be subject to UK customs fees, payable by the receiver. 

Orders Returned to Sender

If an incorrect address has been entered and the product is returned to Insite Mind the onus is on the customer to pay for the item to be reshipped. Insite Mind is not responsible for shipping costs of any items with incorrect addresses entered, this includes unit or apartment numbers left off your delivery address. 

Parcels that are left unclaimed at the post office or at customs and returned to Insite Mind will be charged at cost to the customer to be resent. 

For an incorrect order returned Insite Mind agrees to  pay the fines associated and issued by the carrier and will not charge the customer for this fine. 

Shipping Status

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please check your spam folder if this email is not received as it sometimes lands in there.
